Project Manager


The Project Manager is primarily responsible for following up with clients to ensure that installations are compliant and align with the contract, that deadlines are met and that clients are satisfied. They also liaise with the various installers and provide ongoing training for them.

  • Verify and analyze proposals and contract documents for each project
  • Coordinate employees involved in ongoing projects
  • Supervise construction sites, deliveries and materials
  • Ensure that the work is carried out according to the plans and quotations
  • Meet with project parties (architects and clients)
  • Participate in meetings and follow up as indicated in the minutes
  • Manage major projects
  • Ability to juggle several projects
  • Monitor issues and apply corrective action
  • Accept the final project
  • Ensure overall project compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Provide courteous and proactive communication with clients
  • According to the standards established by Atis, train new installers in installation techniques and documentation that must be completed when products are deployed
  • Ensure that all installations on construction sites are monitored
  • Other assigned tasks


  • An undergraduate degree in construction engineering or college diploma in project management or any other experience related to building envelopes
  • French and English
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Experience in managing OHS policies on construction sites
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, AutoCAD Suite
  • Vehicle and valid driver's licence
